Once you log in, you will land on a redesigned GSP College homepage — your central hub for:

• User guides and FAQs
• Release notes and help articles
• Live and on-demand webinars
• Microlearning videos
• Training courses
• Community discussions

Here is what your new homepage looks like and the benefits it brings:

You will now benefit from the following enhancements:

• 1. Quick access to your personalised learning dashboard, allowing you to easily continue your learning journey.
• 2. Stay up to date with your notifications. All notifications on your learning portal will now appear here in one place.
• 3. Use the global search to find training, videos, and help articles. Select from the dropdown to explore our full library of user guides, release notes, and FAQs.
• 4. Access all support channels via the updated Help Centre — including case creation, consulting bookings, and reporting assistance.
• 5. Receive on-demand training through a wide range of resources, including courses, microlearning, webinars, blogs, and custom training.
• 6. Engage with our global Community to exchange tips, ask questions, and get quick responses from peers and experts.

Whether you are troubleshooting a feature, onboarding a new team member, or exploring what is new, this homepage will help you get there faster — with no need to switch between multiple tabs or platforms.

2. A Unified Login Experience

To support a consistent and secure experience, all GSP College content now requires login. While most of the platform already required authentication, select public pages (such as live webinars and Virtual Consulting) are now also gated.

This change allows us to:

• Provide a consistent user experience across the platform
• Lay the foundation for future features such as saved progress and learning history
• Better protect our intellectual property and learning resources

Although this may represent a small shift in how you access information, it is an important step toward a more secure and user-friendly platform.

This also supports a more secure, sustainable learning environment where you can continue to grow your knowledge and skills with confidence.

What You Need to Know

• The updated GSP College homepage is now live
• All content now requires login to access
• If you typically use Single Sign-On (SSO) and have not previously set a password for GSP College, you will be prompted to log in when accessing a direct URL without being logged into the Riskonnect portal. The login page will include clear instructions on how to reset or request access
• If you have not already done so, we recommend confirming your login access
